Bitwise Files Final S-1 for Hyperliquid ETF, Launch May Be Near
Bitwise has submitted an amended Form S-1 to the SEC, marking a critical step toward launching the first U.S.-based Hyperliquid ETF. The filing reveals the fund's ticker symbol (BHYP) and a 0.67% management fee, with Anchorage Digital Bank tapped for custody and staking operations.
The ETF will physically hold Hyperliquid tokens while staking a portion to generate yield, tracking its net asset value via CF Benchmarks' pricing data. Bloomberg's Eric Balchunas notes the filing's final language typically precedes imminent approval—a signal that institutional crypto products continue gaining traction.
